I enjoy working with a small, close-working team of designers, business owners and engineers to create brands and products that aesthetically and emotionally resonant.

My approach is to balance creativity with the attention to detail of a craftsman in bringing a business vision to life. Every decision I make is grounded in a deep understanding of how the natural environment affects both the product and the consumer’s emotions.

I do not impose a pre-conceived style on my projects, but try to respond sensitively to the atmosphere and mood of a project, with the aim of distilling and imparting its unique brand character. Origin and context inform every decision and each project initiates a new process of looking, learning and interpreting.

My work is about the subtleties and details that are felt, but not necessarily seen straight away. Above all it is search for a sense of authenticty which engages with the consumer.
